Here at Northwest Personal Training we take quality and consistency seriously. Our clients deserve and expect our team to deliver the very best personal training sessions and group training classes. We take steps to ensure that we truly do have the “World’s Best Personal Trainers.” Monthly reviews help keep us at the top of our game. Each month we have a different review process and February is Role Play month.
For Role Play reviews our Fitness & Training Director chooses a couple situations that our team currently needs to practice and/or improve upon and role plays with them. We tend to focus on our standard practices for new clients.
Sample Role Play Situations for Personal Trainers:
Call to set up initial appointment.
Overcome potential client obstacles to starting a fitness program.
Present a price sheet and training packages.
Show how to present specialty pricing.
Conduct an initial training session.

Using Standard Practices to Conduct Reviews:
For each of these role play situations we have standard practices that we expect our personal trainers to follow. This is all in our corporate manual, which our staff has been trained on. Our management team uses these standard practices to conduct the role play reviews and uses this time to suggest improvements and to point out where they are doing well.
Bottom line – all of this role playing and practice ensures that our team offers the best experience for our clients. It increases our team’s ability to influence clients to invest in our services and, therefore, clients experience incredible results.
Does your team have standard practices to follow when it comes to sales and client programming?
If your answer is “no”…. you NEED to implement a corporate manual that includes standard practices. Sound overwhelming? It doesn’t have to be. Using our Northwest Personal Training corporate manual, I designed a fitness business system to help you run an organized and successful fitness business.
Implement the business system that I designed and you will find that you work SMARTER, are more ORGANIZED and you will start generating HUGE profits like we do here at Northwest Personal Training.
DON’T REINVENT THE WHEEL! Let us give YOU the systems that we know work!
The fee to purchase the Business of Personal Training System can be made up within 1 month of increased PT sales and there are NO recurring franchise or licensing fees. A comparable business system in other industries would require an initial investment of tens of thousands of dollars.
