Each month we have a different review process and February is Role Play month.
For Role Play reviews, our Fitness & Training Director chooses specific instances where she believes our team could use practice and/or improvement. Then she schedules time with each trainer to do role play work. This year, she will be focusing on asking for referrals and closing sales.

Using Standard Practices to Conduct Role Play Reviews
For each of the situations we have our staff role play, we have standard practices which we expect them to follow. These standard practices are outlined in our corporate manual. Our management team uses these standard practices to conduct role play reviews. They use this time to suggest improvements and highlight successes.
Bottom line – all of this role playing and practice ensures that our team offers the best experience for our clients. It increases our team’s ability to influence clients to invest in our services and, therefore, clients experience incredible results.
