We are about to launch a Senior Fitness Series here at Northwest Personal Training. This series will be a win/win for our senior clients and our business. Our Senior Fitness Series will not only focus on senior geared exercise, but also on teaching seniors the specific actions they can take to improve their overall health. This series also helps bring in extra revenue during the summer months and fills a timeslot at our studio that is typically a bit slower.

Starting Wednesday, June 5th at 1 PM, each week we’ll dive into essential factors for seniors to focus on, including posture, mobility, balance, stress reduction, mindfulness, cardiovascular health, and more!
