Have Trial Passes & Gift Cards throughout your facility so that they are easy for your staff to access and handout to clients.
Customer Service Suggestive Sales
Remind your Customer Service Reps of the power they have as the first and last impression with clients. Ask them to suggest sale upgrades or product purchases.
