This is when people are thinking about getting back in shape. It’s just human nature that as we start a new year, people are motivated to start working out and want to take better care of themselves.
Remember that successful marketing for any business is being in the ‘Client’s Mind When The Client is Ready To Buy!”… and right now, the client is definitely ready to take action!

Setting the Stage for an Incredible 2024
1. Call Them Now! Who?? Everyone!
Comps who haven’t purchased
Clients who haven’t been in for a while
Referrals from current clients
People you’ve met through community outreach
CALL THEM NOW. REACH OUT. CONNECT. DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPIRE THEM TO TAKE ACTION!
If you don’t connect with them, I assure you, one of your competitors will!
2. Be at Your Best
As a fitness professional, we expect that year-round, right?! But it’s even more important in January. Your clients and classes need you!
Get enough quality sleep
Eat well (lots of veggies)
Drink plenty of water
Take your Vit C, zinc, Vit D, echinacea, turmeric, apple cider vinegar etc.
Put your game-face on – you need to be positive, energetic and customer-service oriented.
It’s show time and it’s time to shine!
3. Be Present
If you can help it, try not to be away over the next few months. The majority of current and potential clients are in town and ready to train January-May (minus spring break) and September-November. The best time for you to schedule your holidays is July & August and December when clients are more likely to travel (keep that in mind as you plan your vacations this year.)
4. Be Mentally & Physically Prepared to Work Hard
You might need to stay late, come in early, work on a weekend.
Be ready to juggling multiple tasks.
Take phone calls and do tours.
It’s a pretty simple process for doing well in this area….Bottom line, be ready to find out what a clients’ needs are and to show them how you can help them.
Now is the time to be at your very best. Be top of mind for potential new clients. Show them how you can help make 2024 their healthiest year yet!
