Why Run a Referral Incentive Plan?
It’s a great way to earn some extra cash just by inspiring someone to take action on their health and fitness goals.
They win if they refer so be sure to ask for those referrals and let them know we reward them too!
- The current client receives a $25 gift card if their referral schedules for a comp session!
- If that person purchases a package OR signs up for Gold Group they also get ANOTHER $25 gift card AND a FREE Private Training session to thank them for the referral!!
Whoever books a comp, gets $25.
This does not mean just scheduling the comp. Staff member must actually ask for the appointment through a networking call, referral or a tour etc.
Whenever a staff member performs a comp session AND the client purchases a package (6 or more sessions of Personal Training or joins our group training program)…..that staff member receives $25.
Your staff might as well earn extra $$ while inspiring someone to take action!
