We are currently running 2 fitness studies at our Northwest Personal Training Studio.

Why Run a Fitness Study?

How to Get Study Participants

We sent information about the studies to our local media outlets. You could try your local paper, local business journal and your local Chamber of Commerce. These are all associations who speak to business professionals and can help get the word out for you. Our local paper ended up including information about our study on their website.

Study Details

Group Study

Participant commits to 3x/week (either morning, lunch or evening session class so we can measure which group adheres best to the program) for 4 weeks.

Private Study

Participant commits to 2x/week 30 minute sessions so they receive 8 sessions total plus a pre comp/assessment session and a post comp/assessment session.

*Both are 4 week studies*

Pre & Post Comp Session/Assessments

Each participant will start with a comp session/assessment where the Study Assessment sheet will be completed and then their study/training schedule should be finalized.

Each person will finish study with a comp session/assessment to analyze results and make recommendations moving forward.

If we do a great job, and the participants experience great results, the hope is they will continue training with us!
