We have partnered with WHY Racing (a local running and triathlon race company) for their 31 Day Fitmas Challenge. We are using this opportunity to gain exposure and new clients. You may not be able to do this at your fitness facility this year, but you could try it for a new years promotion or add it to your marketing plan for 2022! Here is how it works…..

31 Day FIT-MAS Challenge Participant Expectations

21 miles per week of walking or running so we can sprint into 2022! That’s averaging 3 miles per day – any type of activity counts

3 Muscle, Core Conditioning, and/or Barre classes per week 

1 Yoga or Mobility class per week – these are great to do after a run or walk – You will love the NWPT Yoga and Mobility classes!

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day

Eat a salad or vegetable stir-fry every day

Northwest Personal Training’s Role

Initial Consultation:

We will do an initial consultation with all participants that sign up…. to help set them up for success. They also get two 30 minute training sessions with us and 2 weeks of unlimited group class access.

How This Should Work At The Studio:

Customer Service Representatives send an email out to each participant to get them scheduled for a comp session/initial consultation (Use a template so it is the same for everyone.)

During the scheduled for the comp session, trainers help them set up a weekly structure, sign them up for specific group classes, and decide how to use the 30-minute training sessions – it could be once in the beginning and then once at the end. OR, once a week for the first 2 weeks of the program to make sure they stay motivated and have your guidance to troubleshoot any barriers they are coming across…etc.

The goal is to turn many of these participants into long term clients so, get organized and provide the best costumer service you can! 


* Participants can start earlier for some bonus days or sign up late and go 31 days from  the day they register.*

This promotion is a win/win for your fitness facility (new potential clients) and your partner (engaging their audience, giving a great deal and encouraging them to sign up for more events!).
