3 Simple Ways To Successfully Promote Your Fitness Programs:
1 – Consistently Tell Clients About Upcoming Programs
This one seems simple, but it is easy to get out of the habit of doing this. Have every personal trainer tell their clients about upcoming programs and give each client a the flyer so they can read it over.
Have a staff member (customer service representative) print out a few copies of the program flyer for each trainer and put the flyers somewhere the trainers can’t miss them….in their mailbox, with client folders for the week etc.
2 – Send Out a Targeted Email
For our Mother’s Day Fitness Retreat we sent out a targeted email to all of our female clients
It was as simple as this: “Hey ladies, do you have any plans for Mother’s Day? We would love for you to come to our Mother’s Day Fitness Retreat! It is going to be a special day of fitness and relaxation. I have attached a flyer for you to check out… share it with your favorite ladies and come have some fun with us!”
3 – Create an Event on Facebook and/or Your Website with More Information and Share on Social Media
Make sure the information on your program can be found in multiple places online and then set a schedule (or pre schedule) times to promote your program on your social media accounts.
These 3 simple promotion ideas are easy to implement and can be the difference between a highly attended program and a program with low attendance. Make a plan to promote your spring programs!
