Here at Northwest Personal Training we rely on systems and planning to ensure we are ready for the slow times and the busy times. In the summer, we host several talks, free bootcamps, offer summer specials and more. None of these initiatives would be successful if we didn’t have detailed systems in place.

Over the last 24 years of running Northwest Personal Training I have found that having a comprehensive corporate manual is essential to our success. Our corporate manual ensures that all aspects of our business are documented and all expectations are clear. We use our corporate manual daily. Our staff is required to study our corporate manual during the hiring process. We even have a quiz they must take to prove that they understand our mission, vision, motto, policies, systems and more.
