Get Trainers to Help!
We use our software service to run past client reports. Our trainers use part of their admin time to call their past clients (or clients they haven’t seen in awhile) to encourage them to come back to our facility.
Online Marketing (we all know it is must, but how should you spend your time?)
Facebook is still one of the #1 ways we market our promotions, upcoming events and more. Remember, images, videos and creativity are important. Use power words, use fun and attention grabbing images and post (and share content from other sites) regularly.
Write a weekly client blog
Blogs can take a lot of work and being consistent is essential, but the payoff is worth it. Blogs keep you top of mind with potential clients & current clients! They also give you something to share on social media sites, on emails with your clients and/or potential new clients. Blogs also keep clients informed about your business and they help clients stay motivated!
Referrals, referrals, referrals
Referrals are STILL one of the most successful ways we bring potential new clients into our studio. Try running a referral incentive to motivate both your staff and your clients to bring in referrals.
Remember, marketing your business should be something that is planned and consistent!
