During this time where most of us are conducting virtual training sessions….tracking client results can be challenging. We encourage our clients to track their results in other ways than just looking at the numbers on the scale. Some ways for clients to track results at home is to regularly measure the major areas of the body, take before and after pictures, weigh themselves (but only once per week) and use a body fat scale (if available).
Here is a video that I put together before social distancing and COVID-19. The video gives detailed instructions on how to measure major areas of the body etc. Go ahead and share this with your clients!

Set up regular times for clients to report their measurements to you. Keep clients motivated and accountable even when you can’t see them face to face.
