How to Get Study Participants
Create a flier with specific criteria and benefits of the study. (Example: for our upcoming study….participants must be non-exercising, business professionals and able to train 2x/week for 4 weeks).
Ask a staff members to distribute the flier to local apartment complexes, condos and local businesses.
Tell current clients about the study and ask them if they know anyone who fits the criteria and would be interested in participating in the study. They will receive free personal training for a month!
Post the details about your study and your flier on social media and send out an email to your database with all of the details.
Send information about your fitness study to your local media outlets. You could try your local paper, local business journal and your local Chamber of Commerce.
Our Upcoming Study
50 VOLUNTEERS who will receive
FREE Personal Training for 4 Weeks!
Program Expectations:
Not currently exercising regularly.
A business professional with a busy schedule who has struggled with commitment to
exercise.
Commit to exercising at least 2 days per week with one of our trainers in a
Private Training setting.
Baseline and post-study measurements will be measured and follow-up measurements will be
completed one month later.
Study will start January 2024.
Results will be used to analyze the effect exercise has on various health and performance
metrics and will be highlighted within our Workplace Wellness program.
If you do a great job, and the participants experience great results, the hope is they will continue training with you!
