Holiday Message to Clients
This is a message that I have sent to clients over the years. Go ahead and share it with your clients. They may need to hear it!
“You don’t have to lock yourself in your room during holiday dinners or parties. You can actually eat, drink and be merry! In fact, I definitely allow myself to indulge during the holidays. And pretty much, our entire team does the same! But here’s the key…we all make sure we workout and some of us even ramp it up over the holidays to compensate for the extra calories. In reality, between all the parties, dinners and get-togethers, it’s probably only about 5-10 days with more calories than normal that we need to accommodate for. Life is too short to deny ourselves some of the things we love. Instead, ask yourself, what I need to do to earn those indulgences?”
