Planning on running Bootcamps this summer? I recently sent a message to our Northwest Personal Training team with some Bootcamp reminders and I thought I would share them with you!
Bootcamp Reminders:
Outside is best. Inside works too.
Bootcamp can be taught indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. If it’s really bad, stay inside and give clients a full body muscle and cardio workout.
If the weather is iffy, maybe stay closer to the studio and do some movements indoors and maybe some outdoors…i.e. lunges down the sidewalk or run around the block for a cardio blast.
Go Explore
If the weather is great, explore the outdoors. Look for places with benches, stairs and poles for excellent workout options! Do you have track near you? Use it if you do! Find nearby and suitable parks. What about a downtown plaza? Change up the location of your Bootcamp and keep things interesting!
