Last week we saw August 20, 2020 and seeing all those 20s, I was inspired to start a 20/20/20 challenge.
The goal is to inspire people to do 20 workouts for 20 minutes for 20 days. So yes, 20 minutes of any type of movement every day for at least 20 days starting TODAY or ASAP!

Many of your clients may be able to easily achieve this so try inspiring them to connect with at least one person they love who could benefit from 20 minutes of activity everyday. Help your clients make 2020 the ‘kick in the butt’ year that they may need to start making their health a priority.
