- Since we close after the free workout, there is no need for staffing the rest of the day!

4 Week Holiday Reset
We will be starting a 4 week specialty program on Nov 26th. This program is an easy way to motivate your clients (and potential new clients) to stay healthy and energized throughout the holiday season. There’s even an option for clients to participate virtually via the Trainerize app, so anyone can join at any time to get the encouragement they need. Support your clients this busy holiday season, earn extra revenue and encourage potential new clients to use this opportunity to learn more about your fitness business.
Not ready to start at the end of November? Run a 4 or 5 week program starting at the beginning of December. It isn’t too late!
