Just like our clients, habits are critical to our success as trainers. Do them every day and watch your schedule fill with raving clients!

5 Daily Habits for Personal Trainers = Big Results

Ask Questions

Small Daily Habits That Bring Big ResultsStart each session by asking your clients how their energy and body are feeling. Check in on any homework.

Pamper Them

Finish each session with some pampering for your clients. Try using a massage gun or stretch with you clients.

When Are They Coming Back?

As client is leaving, ask them when they are scheduled for their next workout. Make sure they are booked before they leave. Both front desk and personal trainers can do this.

Client Building Once Per Week

Pick one day a week that you do some client building. Try asking for a google review, ask for a referral, do some community outreach (do this more than 1x/week if you are just building your career). Trainers and front desk staff can work on this.

Check Your Schedule

Before you leave for the day, check out your schedule over the next few days. Make sure you are prepped for any comps. Look for any holes in your schedule and reach out to clients to increase duration or frequency to fill those gaps. Ask your front desk staff to help with this. Reach out to clients who haven’t been in to see you in awhile. Be proactive with your schedule.
