Consistency & effort should always be celebrated!!

3 – Email quick tips if you have time.

Nutrition & stretching ideas are always appreciated.

4 – Email clients that missed class.

Let them know you missed them.

5 – Invite everyone to join your classes

Do this while walking around your fitness facility.

Be sure to take amazing care of your people and they will keep coming back for more classes!
